Put the most reliable, beefy, expensive steel-belted tires I could on it one year ago because my 19-year-old daughter was hauling to cutting horse competitions in it. Also put in new toilet one year ago. Ramp, mangers, padded stud wall dividers, hydraulic dual jacks, the full package. It also has good mojo.
